  • Case #1178: North Newport Holding LLC (owner) Avanru Development Group LTD (agent): Request a Variance as provided in Article II, Section 206.1 to permit a Multi-Unit Senior Housing Project. The property is identified as Map 218 Lot 004 and is located on North Main Street in the Rural (R) Zoning District.

 

  • Case #1179: North Newport Holding LLC (owner) Avanru Development Group LTD (agent): Request a Variance as provided in Article VIII, Section 803 to permit a housing structure that exceeds the 30’ limit. The property is identified as Map 218 Lot 004 and is located on North Main Street in the Rural (R) Zoning District.
