PLANNING BOARD

Notice is hereby given that the Newport Planning Board will hold a meeting on Tuesday May 21, 2024 at 6:30 p.m. at which time the following applications will be heard. If the applications are deemed complete, the public hearings will immediately take place in the Selectmen's Room at 15 Sunapee Street, Newport, NH:

 

 

  • 2023-SDFP-03 –Raymond Jr. and Rebecca Leblanc (owner) Jon Lefebvre (agent): Request a final review for a minor subdivision, property identified as Map 241 Lot 018  located at 77 Unity Road in the Rural (R) Zoning District.

 

 

 

  • 2024-LLA-04 – Bert Spaulding Sr. (owner): Request a final review for a Lot Line Adjustment, properties identified as Map 234 Lot 011-001 & 011-002. These properties are located on Cutts and Chandler Mills Road in the Rural (R) Zoning District
