PUBLIC NOTICE
PLANNING BOARD

Notice is hereby given that the Newport Planning Board will hold a Public Meeting on Wednesday June 24th, 2026 at 6:30 p.m. at which time the following matters will be considered by the Board. A request by a governmental entity, as defined under RSA 674:54, Cornerstone Chartered Public School, has asked the Planning Board for its nonbinding written comments on the conformity or nonconformity of its planned use at 167 Summer Street as a chartered public school with normally applicable land use regulations. The Public Meeting will take place in the Selectmen's Room at 15 Sunapee Street, Newport, NH.

ALL DOCUMENTS MADE AVAILABLE TO THE TOWN CONCERNING THE CORNERSTONE REQUEST MAY BE REVIEWED AT THE OFFICE OF PLANNING AND ZONING DURING NORMAL BUSINESS HOURS.
