What requires a title in New Hampshire?
Any Motor Vehicle that is 2000 or newer is titled forever, trailers over 3000 lbs, any vehicle that has 3 axels or more.
The sellers MUST fill out
-Buyers name & address
-Date of sale
-Odometer reading
-Sellers signature & printed name
