Where is the treatment plant located?

The plant is located on Putnam Road in Newport. Putnam Road is located off Rte. 10 North directly across the street from the High School, as you are headed out of Town. You will need to travel to the end of the road and into the fenced in compound.  Please come to the office and check in first thing.
