About this Data Service:
This service is being provided by the Town of Newport as a tool to use during our property re-evaluation process so that property owner’s are able to compare their values with others that have similar properties.
How to Search Records:
- Access the Avitar website here.
- Click the "Newport" link.
- View town records by Parcel ID (Map & Lot #), Address, or Owner Name. Click on the "Searches" drop-down menu to select an option.
