Division of Fire Prevention
The Division of Fire Prevention is primarily responsible for providing fire and life safety education to the citizens of the Town of Newport. We provide yearly fire prevention education classes to the students of the Newport school systems as well as education to the public when requested. Our personnel strive to provide the most up to date fire prevention education techniques to our citizens.
